The Challenge
The existing framework — previously designed and used for BYD, had reached its limits. It was dated, felt rigid, was difficult to add more functionality to, and couldn't support the premium look and feel that Zeekr evokes. We needed to move away from the legacy template and create a clean, user-friendly journey.
The redesign was all about setting a new standard — resetting the benchmark with a sleek, contemporary interface that feels easy to navigate. I focused on removing old UX friction points and building a modern user journey that matched the innovation of the Zeekr vehicles themselves — from initial feature exploration right through to order tracking.
